SHIPPING POLICY

Within 72 hours, customers will receive an email with all the details to send your milk to us. Don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case. If you don’t see it, no worries, just email ashley@somdmilk.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help! We process milk once a week and will send you a friendly email when your milk arrives safely. For more details, check out our FAQ page. Your beautiful piece will ship within 8–12 weeks after we receive your milk, but we’ll do our best to get it to you even sooner! 💕

SOMD Milk covers the cost to ship completed orders over $100 USD.
