RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At SOMD Milk, we take pride in crafting custom pieces just for you! Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any quality-related issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help!

Care Reminder: Please follow the provided care instructions to ensure your piece stays in perfect condition, as we cannot take responsibility for damage caused by improper care.

Order Cancellations: If you haven’t sent your milk yet and need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours. A $50 convenience fee will apply. After this period, cancellations are no longer available, but you can request store credit for future purchases.

Ring Size or Style Changes: We’re happy to accommodate ring size or style changes before we receive your milk. A $50 convenience fee applies for these adjustments. Once your milk has been received, we’re unable to make further changes to your order.
